The opportunity
The role
Video operations software asks a lot of an interface: live streams, long timelines, spatial data, AI results, workflow configuration, and moments that need an immediate response. As a Creative Frontend Engineer, you will make those complex systems feel clear and direct.
You will work across our React and Angular applications and shared design language. This role suits an engineer with strong visual judgement who cares equally about interaction detail, accessibility, maintainable code, and real-world performance.
Your impact
What you will work on
- Design and build responsive interfaces for live monitoring, recordings, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Turn dense event and media data into clear timelines, visualisations, controls, and progressive disclosures.
- Contribute reusable patterns to our design system while keeping product-specific experiences focused.
- Prototype and refine motion, canvas, or WebGL interactions when they improve understanding rather than decoration.
- Improve accessibility, loading behaviour, rendering performance, and cross-browser reliability.
- Work closely with product, design, and backend engineers from problem framing through release and iteration.
About you
You may thrive here if
- You write confident TypeScript and have production experience with React, Angular, or a comparable component framework.
- You can translate a product problem into a thoughtful interaction, not only implement a finished mock-up.
- You understand responsive CSS, browser behaviour, semantic HTML, and accessible interaction patterns.
- You care about component boundaries, state design, testing, and performance in data-rich applications.
- You communicate through prototypes and code and welcome direct, constructive critique.
